2021年11月12日If you’re into the download-anything-without-paying game, then this movie is for you. The film is just an hour and a half long, so it doesn’t take too much time to see what it’s all about.
Unfortunately, after watching the movie I found it quite difficult to be excited about its quality. As my cousin said when he saw the film, "It was like watching paint dry." You can probably tell how little enthusiasm I had after finishing this experience.
The movie seems like it’s written for a younger audience and I think that’s why it doesn’t work. A lot of people think that this movie is the best film that Satyajit Ray ever made, but I personally don’t agree, and it’s one of my least favorite.
The plot is quite simple: One day Susmita (Rituparna Sengupta, in her last film), a successful young writer decides to take a road trip to Mussoorie with her friend who has recently gotten married.
They take the flight from Kolkata and soon realize that they’re lost. While they are on the road, they meet a group of backpackers, who are traveling to Mussoorie, too. After finding out that the other couple is also lost, their journeys will begin to intersect.
The story is really simple and not at all original. The characters are not well developed and the movie seems like it was made only for the sake of an easy story.
Satyajit Ray has grown into a master director by now but despite its simplicity, I found this film very dull.
The music is hummed by Jatin-Lalit which are all famous at that time .Anupam Roy sing famous song "Manikya Maniye" .
